        SERVICES IN ANY CAPACITY, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS
        AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL THE TERMS STIPULATED IN THIS AGREEMENT, YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO USE
        THE SERVICES. YOUR USE OF THE COMPANY’S SERVICES IS CONDITIONED UPON YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF ALL THE TERMS AND
        CONDITIONS STATED HEREIN, TO THE EXCLUSION OF ANY OTHER TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE,
        PLEASE REFRAIN FROM USING THIS WEBSITE.

    <h2>Jurisdiction</h2>
    <p>This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States.</p>

    <h2>Company</h2>
    <p>
        In this Agreement, "the Company", "We", "Us", or "Our" refers to DISTRIBUTION.AI, A DIVISION OF B2B GROWTH
        SERVICES INC., 1650 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103, USA.

    <h2>Eligibility</h2>
    <p>
        The Company does not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from individuals under the age of 13. If
        you are under 13 years old, please do not attempt to register for our Services or provide any personal
        information to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. We do not allow anyone
        under 13 to register for our Services or provide any personal information. If we discover that we have collected
        personal information from a child under 13 without verified parental consent, we will delete that information as
        quickly as possible. If you suspect we may have received information from a child under 13, please contact us at
        support@distribution.ai.

        By using the Services, you represent and warrant to the Company that: (i) you are of legal age and are capable
        of forming a binding contract with us; (ii) all registration information you provide is accurate and truthful;
        and (iii) you will maintain the accuracy of such information. You also affirm that you are legally permitted to
        use and access the Services and take full responsibility for the selection and use of the Services. This
        Agreement is void where prohibited by law, and the right to access the Services is revoked in such
        jurisdictions.

    <h2>Placing Orders for Goods</h2>

        When you place an order for goods through our Service, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into
        binding contracts.

        We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity is

    <h2>Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies</h2>

        We continually update our offerings on the Service. The goods available on our Service may be inaccurately
        priced, misdescribed, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information regarding our goods
        on the Service and in our advertising on other websites.

        We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images,
        specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to update or correct information and to amend
        errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

    <h2>Pricing Policy</h2>

        The Company reserves the right to adjust its prices at any time prior to accepting an order.

        After accepting an order, the Company may revise the quoted prices if any circumstances beyond the Company’s
        control affect delivery, such as government action, changes in customs duties, increased shipping charges,
        higher foreign exchange costs, or other factors. In such cases, you will have the right to cancel your order.

    <h2>Payments</h2>
    <p>
        Payment can be made using a valid card (credit or debit cards) and is subject to validation checks and
        authorization by your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, we will not be liable for
        any delay or failure in delivering your order.

    <h2>Subscriptions</h2>
    <h3>Subscription Period</h3>
    <p>
        Some parts of the Service are available only with a paid Subscription. You will be billed in advance on a
        recurring basis, either monthly or annually, depending on the Subscription plan you choose.
    </p>

        At the end of each period, your Subscription will automatically renew under the same terms unless you cancel it
        or the Company cancels it.
    </p>

    <h3>Subscription Cancellations</h3>
    <p>
        You may cancel your Subscription renewal by contacting us at support@distribution.ai. No refunds will be issued
        for fees already paid for the current Subscription period, but you will retain access to the Service until the
        end of that period.
    </p>

    <h3>Billing</h3>
    <p>
        You must provide the Company with accurate and complete billing information, including your full name, address,
        state, zip code, phone number, and valid payment method details.
    </p>
    <p>
        If automatic billing fails for any reason, the Company will issue an electronic invoice, and you must complete
        the payment manually within a specified deadline.
    </p>

    <h3>Fee Changes</h3>
    <p>
        The Company may change Subscription fees at its discretion and at any time. Any fee change will take effect at
        the end of the current Subscription period.
    </p>
    <p>
        The Company will provide reasonable notice of any changes in Subscription fees to give you the opportunity to
        cancel your Subscription before the changes take effect.
    </p>
    <p>
        Continuing to use the Service after a Subscription fee change becomes effective means you agree to pay the new
        fee.
    </p>

    <h3>Refunds</h3>
    <p>
        Refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered by the Company on a case-by-case basis and granted at the
        sole discretion of the Company.
    </p>

    <h3>Free Trial</h3>
    <p>
        The Company may offer a Free Trial Subscription for a limited time at its sole discretion.
    </p>
    <p>
        You may be required to enter billing information to sign up for the Free Trial.
    </p>
    <p>
        If you provide billing information when signing up for a Free Trial, you will not be charged until the Free
        Trial period expires. On the last day of the Free Trial, unless you cancel your Subscription, you will
        automatically be charged the applicable Subscription fees for the plan you selected.
    </p>
    <p>
        The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Free Trial offer at any time without notice.
    </p>

    <h2>Promotions</h2>
    <p>
        Promotions made available through the Service may be subject to separate rules, in addition to these Terms.
    </p>
    <p>
        If you participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules and our Privacy Policy. If there is a
        conflict between the Promotion rules and these Terms, the Promotion rules will apply.
    </p>

    <h2>User Accounts</h2>
    <p>
        When creating an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current. Failing
        to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in the immediate termination of your account.
    </p>

        You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and any activities or actions under
        your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately if you
        suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
    </p>
    <p>
        You may not use a username that is the name of another person or entity, a name or trademark subject to any
        rights of another person or entity without appropriate authorization, or a name that is otherwise offensive,
        vulgar, or obscene.
    </p>
    <p>
        We allow only one account per user. If you attempt to create multiple accounts or violate our fair usage policy,
        we reserve the right to remove your data and restrict your access to our Service.
    </p>

    <h2>Content</h2>
    <h3>Your Right to Create or Post Content</h3>
    <p>
        Our Service allows you to generate and post Audio & Video Content. You are responsible for the Content you
        create using our products, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
    </p>
    <p>
        By creating and posting Content on the Service, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly
        perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content through the Service. You retain all rights to
        any Content you create, post, or display on or through the Service, and you are responsible for protecting those
        rights.
